If this is you, come join us in making an impact and changing lives! What will you be doing as an ADVENeer? Assistant Service Managers are the heart of any community.
You will be using super-hero skills with your tools in tow as you perform a large variety of maintenance related tasks including general maintenance repairs (plumbing, electrical, and carpentry).
You are the team to help residents keep their cool by making sure their HVAC systems are in top notch condition and running efficiently.
You play a key role in getting apartments ready for move-in, completing renovation tasks and preventative maintenance.
Because you work smart, you will keep our residents happy through your reliable and friendly service.
You understand that you are one of the motivating factors in residents renewing their leases.
In addition to constant being on the go, you will be the right hand to the Service Manager in helping lead the team, entering purchase orders, and updating systems to preserve the asset.
What will you bring to the table? You will be bringing technical aptitude and abilities to the team.
You will be dressed and groomed professionally and will wear the Advenir uniform.
Your organizational skills will help us avoid clutter and chaos.
You will have the ability to work weekends and on-call to serve our property residents as needed.
You will have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a property management environment (condominium, high-rise, mid-rise, garden-style real estate asset) and a previous position as a Maintenance Technician or ASM is required, EPA (HVAC) 1 & 2 Certification or Universal Certification is also strongly preferred.
