Role Objective:
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new high-net-worth clients who have a keen interest in private aviation fractional ownership.
Your primary objective will be to establish and nurture relationships with affluent individuals, corporate executives, and high-profile personalities, showcasing the benefits of fractional ownership and converting prospects into loyal customers.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the private aviation market, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
What is Fractional Ownership:
Fractional jet ownership is the professionally managed co-ownership of an aircraft.
By purchasing a fractional ownership share of the aircraft, owners can share the use and costs of the aircraft.
Each shareholder is allotted a specific number of occupied hours per year that they can use to fly the aircraft.
The flying time usually ranges between 50 and 400 hours, and most fractional jet shares come in multiples of one-tenth or one-sixteenth.
Essential Job Tasks:
o Proactively identify and prospect potential clients, using various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and social media platforms.
o Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals and close deals with a focus on maximizing revenue and profitability.
o Negotiate and execute the terms and conditions of the purchase and management agreements.
o Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price, by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
o Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, promote the company's services, and stay updated on market trends and competitor's activities.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.
o Multi-task effectively, prioritizing appropriately, and providing timely communication of project(s) status.
o Provide exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, to our potential and current clients.
o Complete tasks and projects with a sense of urgency, working independently to solve problems.
o Collaborate closely with marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns, promotional materials, and digital content to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
o Other duties and projects as assigned.
Competencies:
o Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the private aviation, luxury products and services, or a related field, such as high-end real estate.
o Previous aviation experience is a plus, not a requirement o Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish strong client relationships.
o Strong sales acumen, with a persuasive and consultative approach to selling luxury products or services o In-depth knowledge of the luxury market, including an understanding of high-net-worth individuals, their preferences, and lifestyle trends.
o Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced and competitive sales environment.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues and cross-functional departments.
o Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suits.
Work Environment:
o Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available, as well as at outside at customer events.
o Work will also occasionally need to be performed from a remote location, as the demands of this role require work after standard office hours.

o Limited travel may be required to attend company-sponsored corporate events or visit customers and potential customers.
Required Education/
Experience:
o Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field o Two-three (2-3) years proven experience in a sales position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
