Bonus District Manager - ORLANDO, FL area We're looking for a self-driven, self-aware, leader who'll be responsible for overseeing the fiscal and physical day-to-day operations of the SmartStop self-storage facilities in the Orlando, FL area.
Job Description LEAD TOGETHER Recruit, motivate, coach and retain a dedicate team of customer facing store employees.
Drive your team with effective communication and provide coaching on customer service and sales strategies.
EMBRACE CHANGE Continually identifying opportunities for improvement with an eye for driving the business.
Juggling the urgent matters that arise with the district and shifting priorities.
ENHANCING EVERYONE'S JOURNEY Provide a welcoming and well-maintained environment to customers through your team and effective facility maintenance.
Communicate effectively and respectfully with customers, colleagues and team-members.
Qualifications Demonstrated leadership in building, developing and retaining high-performing teams of hourly employees in a retail, service or related industry with a minimum 4-years expereince.
Proven track record of first class performance and the ability to drive revenue and control expenses to budget.
Exceptional communication and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and web-based systems.
Passion for customer service excellence and coaching staff.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Benefits Annual compensation to include a base pay of $88,000 with a potential of up to $120,000 with a metrics-based quarterly bonuses and performance based annual bonus.
