As a VOA Customer Service Representative, you will:
Interact with trial owners in a blended inbound & outbound environment Assist guests in upgrading and buying Vacation Traveler packages Work with the trial owners to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce cancellations Consistently meet metrics and goals Qualifications To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Fluent in Spanish is preferred.
